‘KSI has a massive advantage’ – KSI vs Tommy Fury predicted by Jake Paul, Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and more

KSI is a big underdog heading into his fight with Tommy Fury in Manchester.

The pair will square off in the main event of Misfits Boxing’s Prime Card, which also features Logan Paul vs Dillon Danis.

Following his victory over Jake Paul in February, Fury is understandably favoured to emerge victorious.

However, there are some notable names backing KSI to pull off the upset.

Tyson Fury is of course backing his brother, but Anthony Joshua has done some filming with KSI in recent weeks.

Haaland told KSI to his face on the IMPAULSIVE Podcast that he is backing Fury to beat him.

Asked who he’s picking, Haaland said: “The other guy.”

Tony Bellew – Former Cruiserweight World Champion

Bellew backed Fury as he told DAZN: “I’ve seen that KSI is a big underdog for this but let me tell you that he’s very much a live underdog and him winning wouldn’t shock me at all.

“This is still Fury’s fight to lose because a lot of things are in his favour, but if KSI can make a good start and get Fury’s respect, we could be looking at a big upset. 

“The safe bet is for Fury to get the job done. I don’t think it’ll be easy for as long as KSI stays busy and take chances, but it’ll be Fury who picks up the win.”

Haye backed KSI as he told JOE: “I think KSI beats him, I think he’s very awkward.

“Everybody just believes Tommy Fury’s so much better that he’s just gonna walk through this guy.

“The best name on Tommy Fury’s record is Jake Paul, and that was a close fight in which he got knocked down. So it’s not like he has this depth of experience.

“I think everybody’s overrating Tommy and very much underrating KSI, and that gives KSI a massive, massive advantage in this fight. I believe it’s gonna be a big shock.”

Chisora backed his friend KSI as he told talkSPORT: “This fight, I see a knockout.

“I see the knockout coming for my friend JJ. He’s got more power in both hands than before.”

Jake Paul – 7-1 YouTuber-Turned-Boxer, Tommy Fury’s Last Opponent

Paul backed his former foe as he said on the IMPAULSIVE Podcast: “I think Tommy knocks him out in like less than five rounds.”

Fury said: “It’s a good matchup. They’re both quite popular. KSI’s no pushover for sure.

“I obviously think my brother will win. Even if I thought KSI would win I’d still say Tommy because I’d never sell my family out.”

Joshua decided to sit on the fence as he told Misfits Boxing: “It’s tough, experience plays a massive role in anyone’s approach to success.

“But with God, with hard work and his raw ability who knows what could happen. With the support of the people that could push him on over the final line.”
