Kourtney Kardashian Barker is all about self-love, and she’s sharing a Valentine’s Day post that shows everyone she’s also feeling herself RN.
The star posted a photo on Instagram that put her toned abs (and some underboob) on full display in a cut-out dress.
Kourtney likes doing HIIT workouts and makes sure to eat healthy, nutritious foods.
Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s vibe right now is just living life to the fullest, and it looks good on her.
The reality star treated followers to a collection of Valentine’s Day photos, and her position as the queen of themes remains strong. In one photo, Kourt posed by a roaring fire sipping champagne in a little red and black heart printed dress. In another picture she shows a bed filled with roses and a delightful selection of treats.
Kourt also posed on her rose petal-covered bed in a black cut-out dress, which featured a big red flower on her chest. Kourtney posed with her hands on her slicked back hair showing off a peek of her super toned abs and even a little underboob. She is as strong and confident as ever, and it shows!
She captioned the photo with a bunch of pink and red emojis fitting for this holiday: “❤️💞🍒🌷🎂💘🌸🫶🏼🌹.” Of course, everyone was all over the moment. “Kourtney living the dream ❤️” one of her followers wrote, and it sure does look that way.

The mom of four has shared that she wishes she could work out every day, but because she needs to recover, she keeps it at six, per Cosmopolitan. She loves doing HIIT workouts. One of her trainers Amanda Lee told ELLE per Cosmo that Kourtney’s workouts are geared toward toning, lifting, tightening, and fat-burning.
Kourt is also known to add a treadmill workout on top of all that for some extra cardio.
When it comes to her diet, Kourtney is all about nutritious ingredients and sustainability. “In my house, we are gluten- and dairy-free,” she told Health. “My skin is very sensitive, and if I eat dairy, it affects it. I love doing a keto diet, though I’m not doing it now. I noticed my body change for the better. I [also] love intermittent fasting. I try to do that all the time.”

And while she “never” opts for a soda, she definitely likes to treat herself with some yummy snacks like oreos.
Of course, Kourtney has also been very open about her IVF journey, and the fact she gained weight while going through the process with her husband, Travis Barker. On The Kardashian’s, she shared that she’s “so into” her new curves. “I am so into my thicker body. I looked up photos of my body when I was so skinny—it is cringey,” she said during an episode.
