In extraordinary, yet not surprising fashion, Kendrick Lamar has achieved another major feat with the revenue he just brought in from his Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers tour.

As HipHopDX reported, the Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers tour, in support of his fifth studio album, has become the highest-grossing tour in music history led by a rapper.

Currently, he has sold 929,000 tickets among 73 shows, amassing over $110.9 million in gross revenue.

Ultimately, his newfound record has enabled him to pass Drake, who most previously held the title.

Now, Drake’s Aubrey & The Three Migos tour is behind, sitting at spot No. 2, with the rest of the top rapper tours of all time as follows, according to Touring Data:

No. 3: Drake and Future’s Summer Sixteen

No. 4: Kanye “Ye” West and JAY-Z’s Watch The Throne

No. 5: Kendrick Lamar’s Damn

No. 6: Travis Scott’s Astroworld

Beginning in July 2022, the tour commenced after Lamar released his long-awaited Grammy Award-winning record Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers.

Accompanied by his pgLANG family members Baby Keem and Tanna Leone, the tour was a global endeavor that began in North America and then spanned across Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Regarding its artistic consultation and input, Kendrick Lamar, Dave Free and Mike Carson were creative directors for the tour, with actress Helen Mirren taking the lead on narration.

The setlist wasn’t limited to songs from Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers but touched on many pockets of his discography: Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, To Pimp a Butterfly and Damn.

With the illumination of this newly broken record, it reaffirms Ku-Fu Kenny’s undeniable significance to the landscape of contemporary hip-hop music.
