Karlie Kloss at the Eras Tour Has Swifties Freaking Out

Apparently every celebrity and their mother attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show in Los Angeles—including Karlie Kloss. Once the captain of Swift’s fabled “squad,” Kloss is widely believed to have fallen out with Swift sometime in the mid-2010s. So, seeing Kloss in attendance at the show prompted many questions from fans, starting with: Why is the model sitting in the stands with the normies instead of the VIP tent? Or at least a suite?

Fan videos showed Kloss sitting with the rest of the crowd in the stands at the show, at one point singing along and taking a selfie video as Swift performed “Shake It Off.”

Kloss’s presence in the stands sent Swifties into an immediate tizzy. “Me when I woke up and read ‘Karlie Kloss is at the Eras Tour,’” tweeted one incredulous fan, over the meme of Jennifer Lawrence on “Hot Ones” asking, “What do you mean?” Others reposted variations on the picture of George W. Bush hearing about 9/11 for the first time, with comments like, “Sir a Karlie Kloss sighting has hit the Eras Tour in 2023.”

For those not up to speed on their Swift lore, the reason the phrase “Karlie Kloss is at the Eras Tour” has garnered such an extreme response from fans has to do with their rumored feud. According to fan legend, Kloss and Swift may have fallen out over Kloss’s close relationship to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West around the time of the “Famous” controversy. And some claim that Kloss took an active part in Swift’s conflict with Scooter Braun—on behalf of Braun. As one Twitter-user put it, “Scooter Braun’s spy Karlie Kloss Kushner has shown up uninvited in the nosebleeds section (no VIP tent) at The Eras Tour tonight.”

So you can see why Kloss happily dancing and singing along to “Bad Blood” would raise a few eyebrows. If you believe that kind of stuff.
