The Kardashians’ on-screen chiropractor won’t be making house calls any time soon — because he’s in prison.

Dr. Patrick Khaziran, aka “Dr. Pat” — who has also worked with stars like Kevin Hart, Logan Paul and Jamie Foxx — appeared in the latest episode of “The Kardashians” when Scott Disick, with Khloé Kardashian in tow, visited his Los Angeles office.

Kardashian gave the doc a glowing testimonial before the appointment, telling Disick: “When I slipped three discs in my back, Dr. Pat got them back in there. You don’t have to do a surgery. Who wants a surgery?” she said, pitching the doc’s electric muscle stimulation treatment to Disick, who suffered a back injury after flipping his Lamborghini in a car accident last summer.

“We gotta get your back better. Do you want me to introduce you to Dr. Pat? He’s amazing,” Kardashian praised.

But Khaziran’s new reality is far removed from Hollywood, as he is now serving a 30-month sentence in a medium-security prison in Santa Barbara. In February, the sports-rehab doctor was convicted of defrauding the National Basketball Association Players’ Health and Welfare Benefit Plan.

According to court documents, Khaziran, 41, generated dozens of fraudulent invoices for at least 22 former NBA players and billed their insurance.

Dr. Patrick Khaziran, 41, is a sports rehab doctor who has worked with professional athletes like Tristan Thompson, the father of Kardashian’s children. He’s seen here on a recent episode of “The Kardashians.” In a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick paid a visit to Khaziran’s LA office where Disick got an MRI for back pain.

Khaziran’s involvement in the scheme to defraud the NBA’s Players’ Plan took place between 2016 and 2019 and involved 18 former NBA players, according to the DOJ. Khaziran conspired with former NBA player Terrence Williams who played for the New Jersey Nets, Boston Celtics, Houston Rockets and Sacramento Kings before retiring in 2013; Williams was sentenced in August to 10 years in prison for conspiracy to commit health care and wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

The two also conspired with former Utah Jazz assistant coach Keyon Dooling, who was sentenced to 30 months in prison for his role.

At least 13 former players have pleaded guilty to related charges, most receiving “time served” or probation.

Khaziran was convicted of falsifying documents showing that former NBA players received medical services that were never actually provided. The doctor also authorized charges to the NBA Plan-issued debit cards of former NBA players, according to DOJ.

Khaziran racked up $1.3 million in fraud charges, splitting the profits with Williams and Dooling, and received $439,000 for his participation, the DOJ said.

The celeb doctor has been a favorite of celebrities including Diddy, who was seen on Khaziran’s instagram enjoying a cryotherapy treatment in 2016, and Tristan Thompson, the father of Kardashian’s two children, who frequented the doc’s Sports Rehab LA office.

Hart saw Khaziran in 2019 for treatment following a car accident that left his spine broken in three places. Actor Jamie Foxx is also listed as a celebrity client on Khaziran’s Sports Rehab LA website.
