Josie Gibson reveals how This Morning co-host convinced her to join I’m A Celeb

JOSIE Gibson says This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby convinced her to go into the jungle.

She revealed Holly, who left the show last month, told her it was worth it because “it’s so beautiful there, Josie — you won’t get over how beautiful it is”.

Holly was there in 2018 as she co-hosted with Declan Donnelly as cover for Ant McPartlin.

Josie, 38, added: “She said that when she got there she got a bit emotional as it was just stunning. She will be rooting for me.”

Holly may have also advised her TV pal on her choice of luxury item — with mum of one Josie choosing a silk pillowcase printed with a photo of son Reggie’s face.

Josie told Hello! magazine: “I’ve never gone a day without speaking to him, so it’s going to be really weird.

“I’ve taken him out of school for educational purposes. This trip will teach Reg all the wonders of the world.

“I’m so lucky that he’s able to experience all of this at such a young age.

“I’m not looking for any sort of love or romance in there.

“I’m just so obsessed with my little boy – he’s the only man in my life.”

Reggie, five, is staying with Josie’s family.
