As Josh Allen and the Bills hit the field for their Monday Night Football game against the Jets, bettors have the chance to wager on a number of prop bets surrounding Buffalo’s quarterback.

Here’s a rundown of our Josh Allen props for Monday Night Football, including best bets, picks and odds.

Josh Allen props: Anytime touchdown scorer (+210 or better)

Allen is one of the best runners at his position, with his big frame and athleticism giving him the advantage. He scored seven touchdowns on the ground last season, with three of those coming in two games against the Jets. Two of them came in the teams’ first meeting in Week 9.

Josh Allen props: Under 253.5 passing yards (-114 or better)

Allen threw for fewer than 254 passing yards on eight occasions last season, and two of those games came against (you guessed it) the Jets. New York has one of the best pass defenses on paper this season, highlighted by stellar cornerback Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner. Wideouts Stephon Diggs and Gabe Davis will certainly help Allen in this department, but the receiving core thins out quickly from there.

Josh Allen props: Over 35.5 rushing yards (-114 or better)

Allen ran for more than 35.5 rushing yards in 11 games last season. Both games against the Jets pushed him over this mark, too. In fact, Allen’s best rushing performance of the season came in the loss to the Jets on Nov. 11. Allen ran for a season-high 86 yards and scored a pair of touchdowns on the ground. Given his ability on the ground, combined with New York’s strong pass defense, and Allen has the chance to make something happen with his legs often on Monday Night Football.

Josh Allen props: Over 0.5 interceptions (-130 or better)

For as much of a playmaker as Allen is, he’s struggled with turnovers during his NFL career. Last season, he threw 14 interceptions, and two of which came in the Bills’ Week 9 loss to the Jets. He’s thrown an interception in four of his nine career games against New York.

Josh Allen Props: Under 1.5 passing touchdowns touchdowns (-105 or better)

Allen has never thrown for more than two touchdowns in a single game against the Jets. In fact, he’s thrown for a pair of scores in three of his nine games. Going by that math, he’s thrown for under 1.5 touchdown passes in 66% of his game against New York. His last multi-touchdown pass game against the Jets came in the teams’ second meeting during the 2021 season. Worth noting: the Jets tied for the fewest passing touchdowns allowed (15) through all of last season.
