Toronto Maple Leafs center John Tavares (illness) is expected to return to the lineup against the Oilers on Saturday night. Tavares missed Tuesday’s game against the Devils due to an illness, but the Maple Leafs captain is feeling better after the off days. Tavares has totaled 28 goals through 63 games, which is his highest total since his first season with the Maple Leafs during the 2018-19 season, to go along with 34 assists and 62 points. Tavares has provided early-round fantasy value across standard formats while centering the second line with forwards Mitchell Marner and William Nylander at different times this season.
