Jessie, who looks sensational in her new Juicy Couture collaboration, has changed the way she looks at food. ‘I shifted my whole thought process on dieting at the top of this year,’ she told DailyMail.com.
‘I would count my calories and diet and do more cardio but I realized that wasn’t working for my body anymore.
‘It was effective throughout my pregnancies when I needed to lose baby weight but I needed to adapt to my body and now my body wants to be strong and fuel up.’
She also got specific about her schedule.

‘I work out 3-4 times a week with heavy weights, circuit training and light cardio. I also eat as many whole foods as possible.’
As far as the gym, she has taken to lifting weights.
‘I am putting in tons of work in the gym and it feels good. This is the best I have felt in so long and I know it’s from shifting my mind set too, on top of my new eating and work out habits.
‘I used to obsess over the scale counting calories, but now I don’t get on the scale (but maybe once every couple weeks) and focus on before and after pix to watch my progress.’

And being powerful is where it is at for her now.
‘I want to get strong, put on good muscle and feel good and if I want to eat pasta and cookies, I eat it. I put those carbs towards my next work out for energy.
She also named her inspiration.
It’s not surprising that Jessie is a fan of the gym-loving Jennifer Lopez who works out daily.
‘I love JLO! She is one of my biggest inspirations. She is one of those women that didn’t take no for an answer,’ said the siren.
‘She wants to do it all, so she does. I think we can do anything we put our mind to and that’s exactly what I plan to keep on doing.’
Meow: Decker branched out to swimsuit designer with her brand Kittenish. Now the mother-of-three has partnered with Juicy Couture to design a new line called Kittenish x Juicy Couture that is both chic and comfortable
Decker is now a fashion designer thanks to Kittenish and Juicy Couture.
Her love for design came early.
‘I have always loved designing and fashion. I started designing as early as middle school when I was supposed to be paying attention in math class.
‘I would either write songs or design outfits I could perform in one day on stage! When you look good, you feel good and clothes and fashion are a big part of that for me.
And she is happy to model her own designs.
‘I don’t mind modeling if I feel good in what I’m modeling and that’s the beauty of modeling my own line! I feel great in the pieces or I wouldn’t have included them in the Kittenish line.
Her man: The star is married to former football star Eric Decker and they have three kids
‘It’s really fun to dress up and see the clothes come to life. I have the best team and they are so great at getting creative and pulling shoots together for the campaigns. So we are always switching the photo shoots up and keeping it fun!’
