Jeramey and Sarah Ann Reveal Messy Relationship Status During ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 6 Reunion

Yikes! Jeramey and Sarah Ann reveal their relationship status during the Love Is Blind Season 6 reunion, and it causes a few dirty looks from the audience.

At the top of the special episode, co-hosts Vanessa and Nick Lachey prompt Jeramey to introduce his current girlfriend, who was waiting in the wings.

Enter Sarah Ann.

Yes, the woman from the pods that Jeramey hung out with until “five-something in the fucking morning” and then lied about to his, at the time, fiancé Laura.

The two kiss upon Sarah Ann’s entrance at the reunion, and someone from the audience is instantly heard saying, “Not the kiss.” Quite the reaction!

Sarah Ann reveals that the two have been dating since they rode off on jet skis during the pool party in the penultimate episode of the season, and are currently living together.

To make the situation even more awkward, Laura appears in the first portion of the reunion via Zoom, as she was on a work trip in Barcelona when the episode was recorded.

The three get into a heated conversation with Laura branding Jeramey a “clown” and expressing that she feels disrespected by Sarah Ann. The audience appears to be on Laura’s side as they react in shock and judgment to Sarah Ann’s arrival and during multiple moments of their conversation.

Jeramey attempts to excuse his actions on the night that led to the break-up between him and Laura, and he and Sarah Ann claim they didn’t hook up or even kiss when he drove her home from the bar despite the allegations of infidelity.

Jeramey continues to argue with Laura over the semantics, saying that he slept on the couch that night since Laura was in bed when he got home, though Laura claims she was waiting for him in their living room.

“You’ve never taken accountability. You’ve never flat-out apologized. You’re a clown. You’re sitting here saying lie after lie,” Laura says to Jeramey.

Sarah Ann chimes in to defend her man: “You should relax. Calling someone a clown when you sat and told him shit about me in the pods the entire time, saying that I’m a ‘pick-me girl.’ You’re the pick-me girl.”

Jeramey rushes to say, “Let’s stop” and then Jess asks Laura, “Are you happy with the way it turned out? You had your moment, just like you said you would.”

After Jeramey is caught in his lies about Sarah Ann in Episode 9, Laura tells him that she “wants out.” They are later seen together in the next drop of episodes, which shows the entire cast reuniting for a pool party. After getting into an argument with Laura and seeing Sarah Ann isolated, Jeramey goes to consult the lonely single. They have a flirty conversation and then decide to take a spin on a pair of jet skis, which Decider dubbed one of the best moments from the season.

But when it comes to Jeramey and Sarah Ann’s relationship status at the time of the reunion, which was filmed roughly a year after the season finale, it may be more on the rocks than the couple suggests.

Nick Lachey asks the other contestants if they’ve seen Jeramey since the show ended, and Chelsea says, “Oh yeah, and every time I see him they’re broken up.” Jeramey vehemently denies the accusation, saying, “I’ve seen you one time,” to which Chelsea replies, “I’ve seen you twice.”

Jeramey slowly walks back his defense. “Yes, we’ve had our ons-and-offs, we’ve had our ups-and-downs, we’ve had times where we’ve contemplated separating from each other, we’ve had times when we’ve had to make up in order to make that happen,” Jeramey says. “At the end of it, we ended up moving in together. There’s some missing story in that part of it. We’ve had our ups and downs, but we realized, fighting through things continuously, that we love each other and we want to support each other through this whole process.”

If you ask me, that sounds a bit like a relationship of convenience. Perhaps an alliance to survive the reunion and the public backlash from their behavior over the season. But, according to Jeramey and Sarah Ann, their relationship is real and authentic, and whatever.

Love Is Blind is currently streaming on Netflix.
