Jameson Taillon will start on Tuesday against the Phillies.

Julio Urías (hamstring) is expected to be activated from the 15-day injured list to start against the Royals in Kansas City.

The 26-year-old southpaw has been shelved since mid-May due to a left hamstring strain. He was nearly ready to return in early June, but had a setback and the Dodgers had to back off of him and then build him back up. Urías has posted a 4.39 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 53/11 K/BB ratio over 55 1/3 innings through his first 10 starts on the season.
