Jackie ‘O’ Henderson’s awkward sex question for NRL star Latrell Mitchell
Latrell #Latrell
Radio host Jackie O’ Henderson was left red-faced on Wednesday after asking an NRL star if he planned to ‘pick up’ before the State of Origin opener – only for the sportsman to clarify he’s married with children.
Henderson and her co-host Kyle Sandilands were chatting to Latrell Mitchell of the South Sydney Rabbitohs and NSW Blues on The Kyle and Jackie O Show when they seemingly forgot he was in a committed relationship.
Mitchell, 23, who was relaxing in Townsville with NSW teammates Josh Addo-Carr and Damien Cook, was first asked by Sandilands if the players were ‘cruising’ the town for ‘the talent’.

Henderson, 46, laughed and said: ‘Are you allowed to pick up before Origin day?’
Unbeknownst to the radio presenters, Mitchell is actually married and has kids.
Sandilands, who was amused by his co-host’s gaffe, said: ‘Surely their wives would have a problem with that? You know his wife listens [to the show], Jackie? Why don’t you say hi?’

‘I’m married, I’m married,’ Mitchell said.
Henderson seemed genuinely sorry about the gaffe and apologised to Mitchell.

Mitchell will be making a big return to the NSW Origin side after being dropped in controversial circumstances after the 2019 opening match.
The Blues are trying to reclaim an Origin win after losing last year’s series.
Sandilands finished the interview with some motivational talk against the Maroons, saying: ‘Just get out there and f**king smash these guys.’
