ITV Good Morning Britain viewers have praised Mick Lynch for a savage remark to Richard Madeley as the pair clashed over the rail strikes again. GMB star Richard interviewed Mr Lynch over video link as more rail strikes got underway today.

Mr Lynch, from the RMT union, joined GMB on Tuesday. Richard addressed the strikes costing the hospitality sector billions and said: “It looks as if I was kind of right, doesn’t it?”

Richard was addressing the pair’s previous clash from last month. In reply, Mr Lynch remarked: “Well, Richard, you’re always right. As everybody in this country knows.”
