Is there a ‘Monday Night Football’ game tonight? NFL schedule, TV channels for Pro Bowl, Super Bowl 58

Monday Night Football #MondayNightFootball

There is just one game remaining in the 2024 NFL postseason. Super Bowl 58 is set to be played on the second Sunday in February — as has been the case since the NFL shifted to a 17-game schedule in 2021 — so the NFL will soon crown its champion for what has been a wild 2023-24 season.

Many NFL fans are looking forward to the Super Bowl, but it will be a long wait. There are two weeks before the championship games and the final contest of the season, so the wait will feel eternal to those used to having football on several times a week.

And NFL fans who like “Monday Night Football” are going to be particularly disappointed that their favorite program is over until the 2024 regular season.

Here’s what to know about the NFL’s schedule for the rest of the postseason.

Is there a ‘Monday Night Football’ game tonight?

No, there is not a “Monday Night Football” game on Jan. 29, 2024. The “Monday Night Football” season came to an end on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, when the Buccaneers thrashed the Eagles 32-9 in the wild-card round of the 2024 NFL playoffs.

The NFL added an “MNF” game to its postseason schedule in 2022. The network has broadcast the battle between the NFC’s No. 4 and No. 5 seeds in each of the ensuing three seasons, and it figures to do the same in the upcoming campaigns, as well.

That said, there won’t be an NFL football played on Monday night until the preseason. Fans have a long, six-month wait before they’ll be able to catch their favorite teams playing on a Monday again.

  • The 2024 Super Bowl will be held at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for the first time in the stadium’s history. It opened in 2020 and has served as the home of the Raiders for the past four seasons.

The Super Bowl has never been held in Las Vegas, so this will be a historic moment for the NFL. The league is also taking steps to mitigate any concerns about the prevalence of gambling in the city, so that will be a storyline to watch ahead of the game.
