Is Starbucks open Thanksgiving Day?

Thanksgiving may be all about turkey and dressing but coffee lovers will be quick to tell you they have to have their shot of caffeine as well.

If that’s the case, you’re likely in luck as many Starbucks locations will be open on Thanksgiving. Hours will vary, with some opening as early as 6 a.m. while others will push that back until 7 a.m. Some stores are closing early, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. You can go here to see the hours for your favorite Starbucks location.

This year’s holiday theme at Starbucks is “Carry the Merry” featuring four different holiday cups. The first is “Ribbon,” with bands of green and red made to look like a holiday sweater. There’s also “Dot,” with playful polka dots and “Sparkle” with cutout shapes in green that look like glittering holiday ornaments. There’s also a “Brand Wrap” with features the Starbucks logo in a ribbon design.

Seasonal favorites such as Peppermint Mocha, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, Caramel Brulee Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte and Eggnog Latte are available.

Festive food items are also arriving, including the new Cranberry Orange Scone, Cranberry Bliss Bar, Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, Snowman Cookie, and Snowman Cake Pop. Starbucks Christmas Blend whole bean coffee is also making its annual return to along with Starbucks Christmas Blend Espresso Roast, Starbucks Holiday Blend and Starbucks Reserve Christmas 2020 (in select stores).
