PITTSBURGH — The Detroit Lions added DJ Chark and Jameson Williams to an offense that returns all 11 starters from the second half of last season. And this offense was very good in the second half of last season.
So you can understand the excitement about that side of the ball. The only real question mark heading into the regular season is at backup quarterback, where Tim Boyle and David Blough have struggled behind Jared Goff. So Dan Campbell gave them both a look with the first team in the preseason finale on Sunday in Pittsburgh.
