‘I’m sick’: Watch Cowboys Micah Parsons nearly walk off B-R set after Eagles land Jalen Carter

Philadelphia Eagles fans loved the team sliding up in the draft Thursday to take Georgia defensive lineman Jalen Carter.

Carter started the draft process favored, by many, to be the top pick overall before he slid do to character concerns. Getting him at ninth could end up being a mega-steal for Philly.

Know who didn’t love the pick?

Micah Parsons.

The Harrisburg native and Dallas Cowboys star linebacker is working with Bleacher Report during its draft coverage and seeing the Eagles land the ultra-talented Carter was just about too much for Parsons to take.

He almost walked off the set.

“I’m just so sick to my stomach,” Parsons said standing up from his seat. “That is just … I’m just sick. I’m just sick to my stomach right now. I can’t believe that many teams passed up on him.

“I’m just truly just sick right now.”

That’s when the program kicked to Eagles receiver AJ Brown.

“I would definitely say, Micah … just be a Philadelphia Eagle at this point,” Brown said. “Come be a part of this great organization.”

Brown then ran down a list of Eagles defensive stars.

“Man, the defense is crazy,” Brown said.

“(Javon) Hargrave just got $84 million (from the 49ers),” Parsons said. “Now, you go and get somebody for 20. The value … I’m just so shocked eight teams let Jalen Carter drop to nine.”

“Come on man,” Brown responded. “Just come on over. Howie has his number.”

“The value of that pick is crazy,” Parsons said. “You let Javon Hargrave, a 10-plus sack defensive tackle go, to sign for $85 (million) and you get the value for 20 … that’s an A-plus pick.”
