And one savvy shopper has now revealed there’s a “secret” button that few people know about – and it could be the reason your clothes aren’t selling.

In a clip shared to TikTok (@laurajanepopsey), Laura-Jane Popsey explained how she went from not being able to flog anything, to selling her whole wardrobe and making herself a whopping £422.

“Are you trying to earn a little bit of money on Vinted but none of your items are selling?” she begins.

“You’re uploading and nothing is selling? Yep, that was happening to me, too.

“I went from not being able to sell anything on Vinted to clearing my whole wardrobe and walking away with £422 to be precise!”

The second-hand seller explains how she was uploading various garments come November/December but was having no luck when it came to buyers.

Then, she discovered a button that was a total game-changer…

“Then randomly one thing sold for like £1 and it was so cold I couldn’t be bothered to go to the post office,” Lauren recalls.

“I was like, ‘oh, I’m just going to ‘holiday mode’ my Vinted for a little bit.

“I took it off ‘holiday mode’ just the other day and BAM! Everything sold.”

“Vinted have got this little thing where when you’re on holiday and take it off the holiday mode it automatically boosts your wardrobe and items and everything like that.

“When I tell you everything on my Vinted has sold, I’m not kidding.Give the hack a go and let me know if it works for you.”

She captioned the post: “How to make a little extra money on Vinted ….. let me know if this works for you!”

The post quickly racked up thousands of likes and views, with many eager to give the Vinted trick a go for themselves.

“Trying this immediately,” wrote one.

A second penned: “Might try this!! x”

A third enthused: “That’s great!”

And another pleaded: “Please share you Vinted wardrobe.”

It’s not the first time Vinted sellers have been racing online to share their top tips.

Fabulous previously told how a woman sold eight items in just 24 hours on Vinted.

Amongst the things she wished she knew before she started selling her items on the popular app included editing your postage options, and getting a hook in your room.

“Number one is choose the postage service that is closest to where you live. I have one literally at the top of my street. I can see it from my room and student accommodation,” she explained.

“So only choose ones that are close to you. Travelling all over the place makes life so, so difficult.

“Number two is to have a hook on your wall that you can hang your clothes on to take pictures.

“Yes, clothes sell better if you wear the clothes. But not everyone has time or the facilities to take a picture of themselves.

“So I put a hook on this wall. It’s nice and clean and it honestly makes taking pictures so easy. It’s a five minute job now. It used to take forever.”
