I’m A Celeb fans fume after Nigel Farage escapes another elimination and makes final four

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! saw the exit of Marvin Humes on Friday night – and viewers were left fuming that Nigel Farage made the final four. Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly went into camp to confirm who would be leaving the show.
They explained Sam Thompson, Tony Bellew, and Nigel were safe from elimination and it came down to Marvin and Josie Gibson. However, it was the JLS singer’s time to leave, meaning he will miss out on the infamous Cyclone challenge.
Fans were left fuming by the result, and many took to X, formerly known as Twitter to share their thoughts. @vernooism fumed: “Marvin going and Nigel SAFE??? absolutely fuming what is wrong with u people #imaceleb.” (sic)
@CourtneyxWillis asked: “Who on earth is voting to keep that horrible man in this show????? #ImACeleb.”
While @hardwick_katie went on to ask: “How the F*** is Nigel in the final four?????? #ImACeleb.” (sic)
@UnfilteredGeeza complained: “Marvin has been robbed of the final. #ImACeleb should be ashamed of themselves.”
@kimberleyglee quizzed: “WHY IS NIGEL NOT GETTING VOTED OUT PLS #ImACeleb.”
“How did Nigel get more votes than Marvin,” @Dancing50216871 went on to write.
Nigel also sparked backlash at the beginning of the show when he grabbed Josie’s face when chatting about who would be taking part in the Bushtucker Trial.
Fans accused the former MP of being “patronising” towards Josie with @rosskiernan_ writing on Twitter: “Josie was belittled there by Nigel He is desperate for the 25% #ImACeleb.” (sic)
@leeleeCThomas accused: “Nigel is so condescending #ImACeleb.”
“Seriously can we all boycott Nigel Farage and get him out tonight because the way he just belittled Josie was FOUL #GETNIGELOUT #ImACeleb,” @amyitsomfg stated.
Sticking up for Nigel, @binky_jane commented: “Josie playing the victim a little there. If you really wanted to do it you would have …. #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity.” (sic)
As they gathered around the camp, Josie said to her co-stars: “I feel like I need to prove myself a bit now.”
Nigel chipped in: “Josie, you don’t need to. You’ve got to go into this saying I’m not frightened of whatever they’re going to throw at me. If you can’t say… then you shouldn’t do it, is my view.”
The ITV host replied: “I was saying I want to prove myself and you were going, ‘You shouldn’t do it, you shouldn’t do it.’”
Nigel said: “You’re proving yourself by being here.”
Sam Thompson said separately: “Josie if you want to do it, you do it.”
Josie said: “No, it’s alright. Let Nige do it, he wants the air time.”
In the Bush Telegraph, the mum of one went on to say: “I should have fought my corner a bit more but he wants the airtime because he wants to prove himself to the nation.”
Later on in the episode, the campmates were reunited with their loved ones briefly – and it left many of them in tears.
Nigel was reunited with his daughter Isabelle, who broke down as soon as she saw the former UKIP leader.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! returns on Saturday at 9pm on ITV.
