I was slammed for my ‘atrocious’ Scott Arfield tattoo – I got last laugh when he signed it

A RANGERS fan who was slammed over his tattoo of Scott Arfield has said the star “loves it”.
Kenny Corrigan, 39, has got the Ibrox midfielder inked on his right arm.

Kenny showed the Light Blues’ midfielder his body art and said he “loves it”
The piece is part of a sleeve made up of last season’s league title-winning side, including Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent, and James Tavernier.
He also has a tattoo in tribute to his beloved club’s 55th title as well as ex-manager Steven Gerrard.
A picture of Kenny’s Arfield tattoo has gone viral on social media.
Despite the dad-of-two being pleased with his new tat, not everyone agreed.
Some Twitter users ridiculed the tattoo’s likeness and others were left amused by the proportion of the player’s arms – with some comparing it to E.T. the Extra-terrestrial.
One person commented: “Please say this is not real. Is that Dobie the elf’s arm?”
Another said: “That’s atrocious.”
A third wrote: “Chicken wing.”
But Kenny, from the east end of Glasgow, showed Arfield the tattoo in person during a visit to Ibrox and he said the player “loves it”.
The project manager even got the Canada and Light Blues star to sign the tattoo.
Speaking to The Scottish Sun, Kenny said: “Scott Arfield loves it. He said it was ‘class’.
‘HE SIGNED IT’
“He signed it as well.”
Kenny explained that the peculiar look of Arfield’s arms in his tattoo was down to the angle the photo was taken.
He also said his Arfield tat isn’t completed yet, with another two sittings to go.

Kenny said: “It’s just a really bad photo. The way the arm’s shaped is because it’s round the side of my arm. I squeezed my arm so it would all fit in the photo.
“It’s on my right arm. There’s still another two sittings to go.”
Kenny also has a sleeve with historic Rangers managers and players, including Bill Struth, Walter Smith, Ally McCoist, John Greig, Mark Hateley, and Paul Gascoigne.
He is planning on having his 55-winning season sleeve completed with tattoo’s of defender Connor Goldson and goalie Allan McGregor.
