Hugo was sickened on Thursday night when he found himself completely left out of the latest Love Island challenge as the girls competed for the other men.

During the ‘Line of Booty’ challenge, the uniform-clad girls had to pick a boy of their choice to search, before kissing them and throwing them into the jail cell.

While the likes of Brad, Liam, and Toby were so popular among the girls that they were chosen twice, Hugo was left alone on the sidelines for the entire game.

At the end of the challenge, the boys had to pick the sexiest policewoman, eventually deciding that Kaz was the winner.

However, as Hugo walked with his head down to confer with the other boys in the jail cell, he sarcastically muttered ‘not humiliating at all.’

Love Island viewers were just as disappointed, cringing as they watched the women leave Hugo on the sidelines.

‘Poor Hugo being left alone when he is the only man with a single redeemable feature. GALS what are you doing,’ tweeted one viewer.

One joked that she was ‘on my way to couple up with Hugo myself.’

Another riled-up viewer tweeted: ‘Can’t believe the girls didn’t pick Hugo once when he’s literally the only decent guy in there as well!!! If the girls are only attracted to these d***heads, they’re responsible for their own misfortunes!!! You can’t help those who don’t want to be helped’

Hugo was hopeful when new girls Millie and Lucinda picked him for their dates on Wednesday, but they both had their eyes on different boys when it came to the challenge.

While Millie picked Faye’s partner Liam, Lucinda decided to go with Brad, and Hugo’s partner Chloe stirred the pot by going for Kaz’s man Toby.

It looks as though Hugo may be the next man to be booted from the villa.

Love Island continued on Friday night at 9pm on Virgin Media One.
