Huey Magoo’s Restaurant To Occupy Vacant Bojangles Location In Goose Creek

GOOSE CREEK, S.C. – A new restaurant is coming to Goose Creek. Huey Magoo’s has plans to open for business in the vacant Bojangles building along St. James Avenue, city officials announced.

“Our economic development team is working around the cluck to bring more businesses and restaurants to Goose Creek, and we have some egg-celent news for you. We’re excited to announce the addition of Huey Magoo’s coming soon to the city!” the city posted to social media.

The Goose Creek restaurant will be the third in the state for the Florida-based chicken chain. Huey Magoo’s has locations in North Charleston and Greenville. Currently, there are 49 restaurants spanning 12 states.

Founded in 2004, Huey Magoo’s restaurants offer dine-in/out, take-out, delivery through third-party delivery services, drive-thru and curbside pickup at participating restaurants. 

The chicken chain specializes in grilled, hand-breaded or “sauced” premium chicken tenders, farm-fresh salads, sandwiches and wraps.  According to the chain, its tenders are always made all-natural and without hormones, steroids and preservatives.
