The Minnesota Golden Gophers have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions at 8 p.m. ET Dec. 14 at Williams Arena. Neither of these teams found much success offensively their last time out, scoring well below their season averages.
The game between Minnesota and the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Sunday was not particularly close, with the Golden Gophers falling 69-51. A silver lining for Minnesota was the play of forward Dawson Garcia, who had 20 points along with six boards.
