This Morning viewers say Holly Willoughby looks like she has been “crying all night” amid the ongoing queen queue-jumping controversy.
Holly and her presenter co-star Phillip Schofield were falsely accused of skipping the public queue to see the late Queen Elizabeth II lie in state.
The pair were in fact working and were on media passes, they were filming a segment for This Morning and were not in the ‘VIP section’.
Despite this, there continues to be calls for Holly and Phil to get the sack for ‘skipping’ the queue, with thousands signing an online petition for the pair to lose their jobs. #

Another said: “I can’t help but believe This Morning have made matters much worse Holly Willoughby is clearly upset and been crying.
“What’s strange is like everyone else when Boris Johnson was caught lying they like us would call him out its their turn own up to your mistake.”
Bosses were forced to make a statement after rumours began circulating that the pair ‘jumped the queue’.
A spokesperson for ITV said: “Hello everyone, we would like to clarify something. We asked Phillip and Holly to be part of a film for this Tuesday’s programme.
“They did not jump the queue, have VIP access or file past the Queen lying in state – but instead were there in a professional capacity as part of the world’s media to report on the event.”

Holly has even been forced to contact a lawyer after false reports of her queue jumping to see the Queen flooded Twitter.
A source came to her defence and said Holly would be the ‘first to hold her hands up and quit if she disrespected the public.’
“She was doing her job but has been portrayed as enemy No1, while Phil has been subject to embarrassing memes,” they said to The Sun.
“Holly had to get lawyers over the weekend over the presentation of this false, very damaging narrative.”
They added that Holly won’t be quitting her job on the show as she and Phil both ‘love’ This Morning.
Sources told The Mirror Holly did speak to a lawyer over the weekend but she has decided not to engage a law firm full time.
