    The incident occurred in the 9th over of the match as English batter Dawid Malan smashed a massive six off left-arm spinner Pieter Seelaar’s bowling. Such was the power in the shot that it ended up crossing the perimeter of the stadium and landed inside some bushes the near stadium which are made up of some big trees.

    After the massive hit, a lot of Netherlands went into the bushes are were looking for the ball as it was lost among the trees. The video of the same has gone viral on the internet. There were multiple instances in the England innings of the ball ending up in the bushes.

    Talking about the match; after the hosts won the toss and chose to bowl first, the English batting unit made them pay for the decision. While Shane Snater got the wicket of explosive opening batter Jason Roy for a knock of just one, it was Dawid Malan and Phil Salt who took the attack to the Dutch bowlers. The duo put together a massive partnership of 222 runs in less than 30 overs. Both Salt and Malan ended up getting centuries. Salt was dismissed for a knock of 122 in just 93 balls while Malan reached the milestone in 91 balls. Vice-captain Jos Buttler has looked in red-form since walking into the bat and has set the visitors up for a massive total.

    England will play a total of 3 ODIs against the European minnows. Since the England Test team are currently playing a home series vs New Zealand, the Eoin Morgan-led side are without all red-ball regulars.
