In a now-deleted Instagram post from September, the HGTV star wrote that she and Anstead, former host of the British car show “Wheeler Dealers,” had “made the difficult decision to separate.”
“We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority,” she said. “We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future.”
A week later, Anstead also spoke out about their breakup on Instagram.
“Anyone who really knows me knows that I don’t like to share private matters publicly,” he wrote. “I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness.”

Since the split, both stars have opened up about moving forward and co-parenting 1-year-old Hudson.

Anstead also talked about the divorce this month in an interview with People.

Haack and Anstead married in a surprise ceremony at their Newport Beach home in December 2018. In May 2019, Haack told USA TODAY that she was excited to start a family with Anstead after experiencing “love at first sight.”
