“He’s not who you think he is!” Ari accuses Marley of pulling out of their top three pact
Marley #Marley
He may be the rat with nine lives, but Ari Kimber’s Big Brother game has finally come to an end.
The 22-year-old from Sydney became the final housemate evicted from Big Brother tonight, ensuring Marley, Christina and SJ will fight it out in tomorrow night’s Grand Finale.
But as is so often the case with Ari, his exit is shrouded in drama. Marley won the final nomination challenge earlier in the evening, earning the power to pick the two housemates who would join him in the last three.

On-air it appeared that Marley was planning to take SJ, leaving the remaining spot a toss-up between Christina and Ari. But Ari claims that behind the scenes, it was a different story.

“The night before the final challenge, Marley, Christina and I made a final three pact,” Ari revealed to 7NEWS.com.au following his eviction.
“Marley was so excited about it and kept saying, ‘It’s so great guys we’re going to get rid of SJ.’”

“The three of us shook on it.”
Following Marley’s win in the challenge, Ari appeared assured in his final pitch to the former basketballer.

“I was relaxed because I did not have a single worry in the world,” said Ari.
“We had a handshake deal, and his big thing was that he was a man of his word, so I thought I was safe.”
“He was a cheating, lying, fake, just like me, except no one seems to know that about Marley.”
The Real Marley
Despite being ‘devastated’ to have missed the podium, Ari maintains that he doesn’t begrudge Marley for doublecrossing him, but he is frustrated the conversation wasn’t shown on air.

“Marley lied to our faces, but they’re not going to air that because there is a desire to make him look good, which frustrates me,” explained Ari.
“He made so many sneaky moves, and this is not a judgement on my end; I did the same thing, I applaud him – but it’s about the way he’s being depicted. He’s not who you think he is.”

“He’s been shown as the golden angel of the show, but he’s conniving just like me.”
Judging the final three
Now that Ari has exited the game, he isn’t shy in telling 7NEWS.com.au what he thinks about the final three..
“I think it’s a boring final three; it’s basically like a copy and paste of last year: Marley is Chad, and Christina is literally Sophie,” sighed Ari.
“SJ is the only interesting one because she is old, but Marley and Christina are just so predictable.”
Unsurprisingly, Ari is hoping SJ takes out the title.

“I don’t think the winner of Big Brother should be rewarded for how much they need the cash, but how they played the game,” said Ari.
“SJ had to fight hard, whereas all Christina and Marley had to do was flirt their way to the podium.”
Feisty Finale
As the dust settles on Ari’s exit, all attention now shifts to tomorrow night and the grand finale. Preparations were underway for the entire cast to fly back to Sydney for the LIVE finale, but the recent COVID-19 outbreak has derailed those plans.
“It’ll be a bit strange because not everyone can make it due to border closures,” said Ari.

But that will take nothing away from the night, with Ari promising to settle a few scores when he gets the chance.
“I had to bite my tongue a lot in the house, but I won’t be doing that again. I intend to air all my dirty laundry on national television.”
