“Heave Away” Selected as Team Canada’s Goal Song During World Juniors

A song originating in this province has been selected as Team Canada’s goal song for the 2023 World Junior Hockey Championship.
“Heave Away” by the Fables will be played following every Canadian goal for the duration of the tournament.
The song is loved by residents throughout Atlantic Canada, making the choice even more fitting as the tournament is being held in Halifax and Moncton.
