Having issues logging into Pick 7?

STEP 1: Please check that you can log into the Racing.com website or app with your Racing+ account details (expand for more details)

Please note that Pick 7 shares the same Racing+ account and login details that is used for the Racing.com website & mobile app. If you already have a Racing+ account then use the ‘Log in’ option, rather than the ‘Join’ option, on the Pick 7 website. Note: if you have played Pick 7 before or have previously logged in to the Racing.com website or app then you are already a Racing+ member.

If you’re unable to use your Racing+ account to play Pick 7, please read the following to help troubleshoot:

  • If you remember your login details and can successfully log in to either your Racing+ account on the Racing.com website (click here to try) or the Racing.com app, but are still unable to log in to play Pick 7, please contact the Sportsbet Customer Service team (click here for contact details) and ask for assistance with your Pick 7 registration (note: please state that you’re able to login with the same account details on Racing.com)
  • STEP 2: Please check what error message you are seeing when trying to access Pick 7 (expand for more details/instructions)

    If you can successfully log in to Racing.com but are unable to play Pick 7, please read the following to help troubleshoot:

  • If you are seeing either of the following error messages whilst trying to access your Pick 7 account then please contact the Sportsbet Customer Service team (click here for contact details) and ask for assistance with your Pick 7 registration:

    a) “Something went wrong! This email is already in use, please try again with a different email or login instead if that is yours.”b) “Something went wrong! Your registration has failed, please try again. If it fails again, please come back later or try on a different device”

  • Note: When speaking to Sportsbet about this issue please state that you’re able to login with the same account details on Racing.com

  • If you are seeing a different error message or have forgotten your password, please visit the Racing+ FAQs page to troubleshoot further.
