Harper’s big game leads No. 1 Don Bosco past Columbus (FL) – Boys basketball recap

Dylan Harper tied his career-high with 38 points to go along with six rebounds and three steals to propel Don Bosco Prep, No. 1 in NJ.com’s Top 20, to a 79-74 victory over Columbus (FL) in the City of Palms Classic in Fort Myers, FL. Don Bosco will face IMG Academy (FL) on Saturday in the fifth-place championship game.

Harper, a Rutgers commit, went 12-of-23 from the field for Don Bosco Prep (3-1), who got off to a strong start. Don Bosco Prep led 36-25 at halftime thanks to 17 points from Harper in the first half.
