Jesse and Rosa Garcia of Temple celebrated their 60th anniversary with a reception.
Rosa Delgado of Temple married Jesse Garcia on Jan. 21, 1961, in Temple.
Mrs. Garcia is a homemaker.
Mr. Garcia retired from the Frank W. Mayborn Civic and Convention Center after 23 years.
They are the parents of Jesse Jr., Debbie, Sunday and Ruth Garcia, all of Temple and Joe of California; 15 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
They have lived in Central Texas for 77 years.
