Gerrit Cole’s wife, Amy, celebrates Yankees clinching AL East title with ace

Gerrit and Amy Cole are wrapping the month of September with another celebration.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday night, Amy — who announced her second pregnancy with the Yankees ace earlier this month — cheered on the team as they clinched the AL East title following a 5-2 win over the Blue Jays in Toronto.

“AL East Division Champs!” Amy exclaimed, tagging Cole, 32, in her post.

The Yankees, who have eight games remaining on the schedule, have secured a first-round bye and home-field in advantage for the ALDS.

As the Yankees took the celebrations to the clubhouse, outfielder Harrison Bader was seen chugging three beers, a la “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, much to the delight of his teammates.

Elsewhere, Aaron Judge — who remains one homer shy of tying Roger Maris’ record of 61 — praised the “special” club postgame.

“This is a special group,’’ Judge said. “We went out there, playing in the toughest division in baseball and won the division. I like our chances, that’s for sure.”

The Yankees will wrap their three-game series against the Blue Jays on Wednesday night with Cole slated to be on the mound before returning home Friday for a weekend series versus the Orioles. They’ll finish the regular season in Texas next week in a four-game stretch against the Rangers.

Though it remains to be seen if Cole’s biggest supporters will be making the trip, Amy and the couple’s 2-year-old son, Caden, have been supporting the right-hander all season long.

Back in July, the family of three ventured to Los Angeles for the All-Star Game, where Cole reunited with his former Astros teammate and fellow pitcher, Justin Verlander. Recently, Amy enjoyed some quality time with Verlander’s wife, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum Kate Upton.

The Coles have been married since 2016.
