Lot to lots: Plans for the Beltway Towne Center, in Cumberland County at the former Park Inn by Radisson, have been submitted to Hampden Township for review. The center is to be anchored by a warehouse club along with about a dozen smaller units.

Gas prices: Gas prices are at their lowest level since January, according to GasBuddy. The average price per gallon in the state is under $4.

Fruity flavor: The Pennsylvania Dairymen’s Association is shaking things up with a new milkshake flavor to celebrate its 70th year selling the sweet treats at the Farm Show. The show opens in about a month.

Police reports

Chase, crash: Officers arrested a 21-year-old man after a high-speed chase that spanned about 11 miles across Dauphin County and ended with 2017 Dodge Challenger crashing into a police SUV, according to police.

Babies, driver die: A woman who died in a Franklin County crash this weekend has been identified, and police say two babies who were passengers also died.

Buggy crash: Three people were hurt and a horse had to be euthanized after a buggy was hit by a car in Cumberland County, state police said.
