The Brazilian has suffered a knee injury and is set to undergo a late fitness test to determine the extent of the problem.
While the injury is not thought to be serious, Jesus has a history of knee problems and the Gunners are treating him with care.
Jesus missed the opening weeks of the season after undergoing knee surgery to cure a minor problem and he’s been dogged with knee issues throughout his career.
While Mikel Arteta is desperate to win the FA Cup for a second time as manager, the Premier League is Arsenal’s priority.
Provided today’s game does not end in a draw and require a replay, Arsenal will have a two-week break before they take on Crystal Palace.

And the Daily Mail say Jesus is likely to miss today’s game as the Gunners work on getting him back to full fitness to face the Eagles.
Arsenal have struggled for goals this season, and Eddie Nketiah is likely to be given a starting berth in Jesus’ absence.
Liverpool will be without Mohamed Salah following the winger’s departure for the Africa Cup of Nations with Egypt.
