Fourth suspect charged in 2021 Eula High School hazing incident

EULA, Texas — A fourth suspect has been charged in the hazing incident that occurred at Eula High School in September of 2021.
The sexual assault occurred at the Eula High School baseball locker room on September 15th, when a group of five boys wrestled a victim to the ground. One is accused of sexual assault using a spray air freshener.
The members were identified as Paxton Rock and Jonathan Romer, both 17 years old and considered adults at the time of the assault.
They are charged with a count of second degree sexual assault. The range of punishment is two to 20 years.
Now, according to court documents, Randall Rose, 18, has been charged with sexual assault and aggravated assault in the case.
