Football: Gallagher leads Middletown South past Raritan

Middletown South rode the legs of Colin Gallagher in a 19-0 victory over Raritan, in Hazlet.

Gallagher did his work on the ground and rushed for 241 yards and three touchdowns to lead Middletown South, which won its first game of the season.

The 241 yards on the ground is a career high for Gallagher, who also made an impact defensively. The senior recorded 11 tackles.

Raritan (0-1) dropped its first game of the season.
