Scott Hall, a bail bondsman and one of former President Donald Trump’s 18 co-defendants, has become the first to turn himself in to the Fulton County jail, according to the jail’s online database.

Hall, who works as a bondsman out of Atlanta, was charged by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on counts stemming from his alleged involvement in a Coffee County, Georgia, voting system breach.

Hall was given an inmate verification number on Tuesday and is detained, according to a court filing. He signed a bond agreement with Willis on Monday and will likely be released after he is processed at the jail.

Hall faces seven counts in the indictment, including one count of violating Georgia’s racketeering law, two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud, conspiracy to commit computer theft, conspiracy to commit computer trespass, conspiracy to commit computer invasion of privacy, and conspiracy to defraud Georgia.

Hall was the second person on Monday to have his bond posted after attorneys met with local authorities and had his bond set at $10,000. Meanwhile, defendants John Eastman and Kenneth Chesebro, two lawyers who are alleged to be involved in the scheme, had their bond set at $100,000. Atlanta-based lawyer and defendant Ray Smith III was granted a $50,000 bond.

An attorney for Eastman told the Washington Examiner he plans to surrender himself Tuesday morning.

Trump, who has the highest bond set at $200,000, said he would surrender himself on Thursday, and each defendant has until noon on Aug. 25 to surrender to authorities voluntarily.

The full indictment alleges that Trump and other defendants “refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump.”

Trump himself is facing 13 counts in the indictment.
