happy saturday everybody, we had clouds in the mix all morning long or up until sunrise and even after sunrise we still had clouds in the mix but the good news is that will start to break apart and lots of sunshine will be in store for today. We started things off very warm and humid. We’ve been in the upper seventies along the river 76 in the Metro dew points in the seventies as well, feeling very much like summer across the region and it’s just not gonna feel comfortable at all today we continue to have that moisture out of the gulf of Mexico warm front to our north and west cold front still back off towards New Mexico and parts of texas that should eventually swing on through the area during the day tomorrow but not really going to make its way towards the coastline. So that’s going to play an effect into our weather as we go into next week. So here’s what we expect through the weekend again, temperatures are going to heat things up. We’re going to be back in the mid to low nineties this afternoon. Real field values in the upper nineties rain and storm chances will pick up for some of us as we head into the later parts of the afternoon and early evening, some of which could be on the guest decide. But all in all just heavy downpours and some rumbles of thunder will have *** brief lol overnight before that cold front tries to slide on through. That’s gonna bring the increased chance for showers and thunderstorms early in the morning as well, temperatures in the morning. Upper sixties, low seventies, we’re not going to be as hot by the afternoon. We’re going to be in the low eighties across much of the region. But real field values thanks to the humidity, It’s going to be about 5° higher than what the actual temperature is going to be. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue during the afternoon and evening hours on sunday. So that temperature trend continues into next week. While we are going to be at or below average, real devices are going to be about 5 to 8 degrees above what the actual temperatures are going to be. Rain train continues as well that cold front it stalls and then eventually lifts back towards the north, we get that gulf of Mexico moisture once again and those rain chances are going to be possible pretty much all of this upcoming week. This is going to provide several inches of rain, possible 1.5 to 3, maybe even four inches of rain with places up into the Delta and over into Arkansas. Maybe even getting up to 56 inches six inches of rain by the end of the week. Now again, those temperatures do take *** nice dive so we’re *** little bit more comfortable when it comes to the temperatures and especially as we go into friday, not only are we going to be below average but rain chances diminished and the humidity looks like it could possibly diminish as well. Mhm. Mhm.
