Fans Amazed By ‘Badass’ Eddie Scene In Stranger Things 4 Finale

Eddie #Eddie

The Stranger Things season four finale has had viewers gripped, but there’s one particular scene involving the beloved Eddie Munson that has been on everyone’s lips. It’s been described as ‘iconic’ and ‘badass’, and we can see why.

Fans have been watching the recently released Volume Two of Stranger Thing’s fourth season and watched on in anticipation as the Hawkins’ Hellfire Club headed into the Upside Down to take on Vecna.

And in one of the coolest moments to ever grace the hit Netflix show, viewers watched as Eddie Munson played his guitar in The Upside Down surrounded by hellish bats.

The memorable moment was made even more epic with the soundtrack as Eddie shredded the 1986 classic from Metallica ‘Master of Puppets’.

The moment and the song has won over Netflix fans so much, that the 80s metal hit is expected to get the same cult status that Kate Bush’s ‘Running Up That Hill’ achieved in the first part of season four.

Fans were quick to take to social media to share their praise for the finale of the fourth season, with one user writing: “Eddie had one of the badass scenes in stranger things ever! Rocked that solo!!!”

Another added: “Playing Rock Metal in the upside down before the end of the world? Eddie Munson you are a visionary badass.”

“EDDIE’S GUITAR SCENE IS THE COOLEST SCENE IN STRANGER THINGS”, said another.

In fact, it’s arguably been one of the most talked about scenes:

Aside from Eddie’s scene and that ending, Stranger Things has hit a new record for its number of streams.

The hit Netflix show had a whopping 7.2 billion minutes of viewing time from between 30 May and 5 June, according to figures from Nielsen.

The rankings, which were introduced two years ago, show that in the week prior – from 23 May to 29 May – Stranger Things had 5.14 billion minutes viewing, bringing the two-week total to 12.34 billion minutes.

Not only are these stats impressive, but because no other show has ever hit the six billion mark in a single week, it’s seriously epic to have hit top seven billion.

With the latest instalment of the hit series landing recently on 27 June, it’s likely these figures will soar even higher now fans have rushed to binge the last part of season four.
