Emmerdale fans open-mouthed as one family implodes and things turn violent

EMMERDALE viewers were left open-mouthed after the Anderson family resorted to violence as Victor continues to clash with Charles.

Claudette (Flo Wilson) and Victor Anderson (Eddie Osei) have fully reconnected – but Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin) is not happy about it.

A triumphant Victor grinned and was happy to see his son irked as he continues to get support from Claudette.

When Charles confronted his father about worming his way into Claudette’s life… things get physical.

Victor pushed Charles too far after suggested he got together with Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker) if things don’t work out with Claudette.

Charles snapped and grabbed his dad by the throat and accused him of lying about dying.

Just then Claudette caught him being aggressive towards Victor and jumped to his defence.

Victor played the victim whilst Charles criticised his mum for falling for his act.

Claudette then slapped Charles and demanded not to see him again until he apologies to his dad.

Viewers were left stunned by the violent scenes.

Taking to social media, one said: “Victor is vile.”

Another wrote: “Please stop going on about it victor you are making me ill…”

A third penned: “Victor is a nasty old man…”

Meanwhile, Charles relationship with Manpreet is on the rocks.

She prompted Charles to ask his parents to move out, before asking him to take her feelings into account.

Victor continued to goad him as his loved ones turn against him, prompting Charles to kick him out.

Can Charles and Victor put their feud behind them? Or will it get worse?
