Elvis Presley shut down due to fire investigation, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Elvis Presley Boulevard was shut down Saturday due to a fire investigation.
A spokesperson for the Memphis Fire Department (MFD) said firefighters were called about 4:30 a.m. to 2233 Elvis Presley for fire.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) said that all lanes of traffic on Elvis Presley Boulevard between Mallory Avenue and Norris Road were shut down due to the investigation.
There are no injuries reported, MFD said.
