EastEnders spoilers revealed Frankie Lewis will be left disgusted by mum Katy as she once again tries to manipulate her into believing her lies.

After it was revealed that Katy (Simone Labhib) abused Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) when he was just 12 years old, Frankie (Rose Ayling-Ellis) had been unable to forgive her mother over her actions.

But after a recent heart-to-heart with Mick, who broke down and confirmed he was her father, things between Frankie and Katy are more fractured than ever – can they ever repair their relationship?

Earlier this week Frankie had prepared to head off to Australia to start a new life in the wake of Katy’s abuse and troubled Mick’s attitude towards her – however, she was eventually convinced to stay by Mick.

And having almost lost her daughter for good, this week Katy desperately tries to reason with Katy as she begs her forgiveness.

And though Frankie is initially outraged by her mum’s words during an emotional showdown in the square, it seems that Katy’s manipulations may have worked.

Upcoming scenes will see Frankie urging Mick not to report her mother to the police, while the former Queen Vic landlord will be in turmoil over what to do.

There’s also set to be another twist for the Carter family as Frankie introduces Linda (Kellie Bright) to her brother Jed, with siblings set to head to the crematorium to pay their respects to their late brother Harry.

As Linda accompanies them, Jed explains that Harry’s dad never had anything to do with him, sending alarm bells ringing with Linda.

As she probes Jed for more answers, he gets upset and storms off, before taking his anger out on confused sister Katy.

Later, Linda opens up to Mick about what she discovered, with Mick in turn approaching Katy to try and talk everything through.

But despite everything, she begs Mick not to report her mother to the police.

Afterwards, Mick watches Honey and Billy’s son Will playing football, with the youngster being around the same age as Mick when he first met Katy.

It is at this point he finally comes to a decision – but just how will his choice affect his long lost daughter?

EastEnders airs Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
