EASTENDERS fans were left fuming after a hated character survived the Christmas murder mystery – they also think they’ve spotted a major error.

A lot of viewers wanted Nish to die, and some even argue that Sharon could have rescued Keanu.

Fans took to X/Twitter to express their disappointment.

One user wrote: “Why couldn’t we have both die I’m fuming. Fully cheered at Nish’s death for nothing.”

Another added: “All i wanted was for Nish to die… and he came back to life… fucking fuming.”

A third penned: “I’m fuming Keanu is dead and Suki saved Nish.”

A fourth wrote: “f***ing fuming that Nish is alive. BUT OMFG THE TWIST I LOVE IT.”

Discussing Sharon’s failure to save Keanu, one fan wrote: “Keanu is a victim of Sharon. Idc idc.”

Another added: “Lowkey feel bad for Keanu tho. Sharon really destroyed his life in 2hrs.”

Last night, Keanu was brutally stabbed as he tried to kill Sharon Watts while Nish Panesar was bottled over the head.

Horrified that Sharon prevented him from seeing Albie, he attempted to strangle her as The Six intervened.

In an attempt to stop him, Linda Carter seized a knife and fatally stabbed him, leaving his lifeless body on the floor.

This came after EastEnders teased a Christmas day murder back in February.
