Jalen Hurts has electrified the crowd at Lincoln Financial Field in the first half, totaling three touchdowns as the Philadelphia Eagles have taken a commanding 24-7 lead over the Minnesota Vikings at halftime. Hurts has 301 yards of total offense and a passing touchdown with two rushing touchdowns in an opening half where the Eagles scored on four of their five possessions. 

Hurts had a 26-yard rushing touchdown to put the Eagles up 21-7, spinning and using his legs to drive past three Vikings defenders on a third-down run for the score. He leads the Eagles with seven carries for 50 yards. Hurts also has completed 17 of 20 passes for 251yards with a touchdown, a 53-yard bomb to a wide open Quez Watkins that put the Eagles up 14-0. 

Watkins leads the Eagles with two catches for 69 yards and a touchdown. DeVonta Smith has five catches for 64 yards as the Eagles are outgaining the Vikings 284 to 93. 

Kirk Cousins has a touchdown pass for the Vikings, a two-yard toss to Irv Smith to cut the Eagles’ lead to 14-7 in the second quarter. Cousins is nine of 15 for 64 yards and a touchdown while Justin Jefferson has three catches for 24 yards.
