Eagles signing Saquon Barkley is ‘better than when their children was born,’ players and analysts react

The Eagles arguably made the biggest move on the first day of free agency when they signed former Giants running back Saquon Barkley to a three-year, $37.75 million deal, per ESPN.
Barkley is one of the league’s most talented players and has been the focal point of the Giants’ offense since 2018. After franchise tagging Barkley last offseason, the Giants didn’t give him a long-term extension during the season and allowed him to test free agency.
