PHILADELPHIA – Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown jogged out during the pre-game warmups Sunday night at Lincoln Financial Field, looking to get himself ready for Sunday night’s game against the Green Bay Packers.

As Brown jogged around the field in his black and gray attire, he showed no effects of the illness that caused him to miss Thursday’s practice. Brown was better the next day and was a full participant in Friday’s session, with the receiver not having an injury designation placed on him. The fact that he is ready to go gives the Eagles a much-needed weapon to take on the Packers defense.

The Eagles are entering the game looking to earn their 10th win of the season and keep their distance in the NFC, with the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys both winning their games this week. This season, Brown has 49 catches for 785 yards and six touchdowns, production that the Eagles will need against a Packers team that ranked fifth in the league in pass defense heading into Week 12 (192.5 yards per game).

The Eagles also kept safety Reed Blankenship active for the game. Blankenship, an undrafted rookie who will be playing in his fifth game of the season, has mostly played special teams but has seen a couple of snaps on defense when the Eagles have used their three safety defensive packages.

However, with Blankenship active, cornerback Josh Jobe will be sidelined. Jobe, an undrafted rookie, is working his way back from a hamstring injury. The injury forced Jobe to miss last Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. Although he was a full participant in Friday’s practice, he was not good enough to go.
