Dust Devil Whips Up Excitement in Devon, England

A swirling dust devil was reported in the Dartmoor area of Devon, England, on April 21.
Rebecca Taylor recorded this video and submitted it to a local weather Facebook group. Taylor told Storyful she got back to her vehicle after walking her dog when the door slammed shut.
“The van started to shake,” Taylor said. “The dust devil then came around in front of me so I grabbed my phone and filmed it.” The footage shows the dust devil swirling and slowly dissipating. Credit: Rebecca Taylor via Storyful
