An apparent injury sidelined Saints quarterback Drew Brees to begin the second half against the 49ers.
The veteran QB took a big hit late in the second quarter and appeared to be in some discomfort. Backup Jameis Winston took over to begin the third quarter as Brees watched from the sideline with his helmet on.
