Draymond channels offensive lineman in blocking for Steph
If Draymond Green ever decided to become a two-sport athlete, he might have a shot as an offensive lineman in the NFL.
Hey, the San Francisco 49ers are looking for a new center.
In the Warriors’ 107-88 win over the Boston Celtics in Game 2 of the NBA Finals at Chase Center on Sunday night, Draymond put his blocking skills to the test, clearing the way for a Steph Curry 3-pointer with 2:54 remaining in the third quarter.
Draymond can be seen pushing three Celtics players away from Curry, bouncing from one to the other like an offensive lineman clearing space for a running back.
We know that Kyle Shanahan looks for athleticism in his offensive lineman and Draymond might be able to hold his own with space in an outside-zone scheme.

I’m sure he’s plenty content with chasing his fourth championship in eight seasons, hosting a charts-topping podcast and joining the “NBA on TNT” crew every now and then.
Maybe in another lifetime.
