Disaster struck for an Irish couple when their dream home burnt down – just weeks before they were supposed to move in.
While thankfully nobody was injured in the shocking blaze, the fire ripped through and destroyed the property.
The couple, Ash and Mick, had been working on the house for two and a half years.
They were three weeks away from moving in with their three children when the nightmare struck.
But thanks to the help of kind-hearted strangers, the couple will have the cash to rebuild the house much sooner than expected.

A GoFundMe set up to help the family has raised an incredible €47,000 in just 13 hours.
A post on the page reads: “Thank you to neighbours, friends, family and all the fire brigade who have been a tower of strength since a fire struck Ash & Mick’s soon-to-be home in the middle of the night on Thursday, the 7th of January 2021.
“Ash and Mick have been overwhelmed and incredibly grateful by the immense support of their local community and surrounding areas. Many people have been reaching out wanting to help in any way they can.
“This page has been setup to help Ash & Mick rebuild their home which they have been working towards moving into with their three kids in just three weeks time.
“Anyone who knows Mick & Ash will know that it has been much more than two and a half years of dedication, sacrifice and countless hours to build their home.
“It has been a labour of love that took them to Australia and back over the last 10 years. Our hearts are going out to Mick who has been working night and day on his dream home; to come so close to moving in and for this to happen is devastating.”

It added: “We are very fortunate that nobody was injured or harmed in the fire in any way and we are extremely grateful for the amazing work that all the fire service contributed on the night. Your hard work was phenomenal.
“We have just come out of a very tough year and to start a new one this way with three young kids at home is incredibly disheartening. It will take a considerable amount of funds to repair the damage caused but any donations are tremendously appreciated. Every little helps.
“Any funds raised not needed to get the young family into their home will be donated back into the local community, fire services and/or charities.
“From the bottom of our hearts thank you, from all the Morris & Byrne families.”
